Sage Lehr

Master Lehr is a 5th degree Black Belt Master in Combat Hapkido, a 5th  degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do and a Shodan in Kendo. Master Lehr has over 32 years of Martial Arts experience and is proud to have received all his promotions in Hapkido directly from Grand Master John Pellegrini. Master Lehr has placed at the National level in Karate and Tae Kwon-Do tournaments and has kick boxed worldwide in American Kickboxing under 2x World Champion Ronnie “Diamond” DeLeon. He is also an active student (Blue Belt) of  Jiu-Jitsu under Kyle Watson, a certified Philippine Martial Arts Alliance Instructor under Guru Master Julius Melegrito. Master Lehr has been blessed to have trained with many great masters such as: GM Pellegrini, Bepak “Uncle Bill” de Thouars, Guru Keith Moffett, GM  Bill Wallace, Guru Julius Melegrito, GM Dillman, GM Shuey, W. Hock Hochheim, Master Royler Gracie, Carlson Gracie JR, and Kyle Watson .  

 

Outside Martial Arts Master Lehr enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing, four wheeler riding, and archery hunting big game.  

Caleb Caldwell

Coach Caldwell is a 3rd degree black belt in  Tae Kwon-do with 10 years experience in training and coaching.  Coach Caldwell is a USAT Level 1 Coach and has competed in local and international tournaments in Olympic Style sparring and Poomsae.  He has placed twice at the U.S. Open in sparring and coached numerous athletes at local and national tournaments to the medal stand.  Coach Caldwell is an active student of  Tae Kwon-do, continuing to train and compete while coaching.  His two sons Nick and Sam also train with him. Nick has competed at USAT Nationals for the past 4 years and the US Open in 2017 under Coach Caldwell and Master Lehr's coaching.   In 2019 Caleb was named the USAT Region 3 Para Olympic Coach.



Outside of Martial Arts Coach Caleb is an avid bow hunter and spends his time with family and friends.  

Tyler Kearns

Master  Kearns is a 5th degree Black Belt Master in Combat Hapkido and a 2nd  degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do.  Master Kearns has over 25 years of  Martial Arts experience, working along side his older brother Sage.  Master Kearns has competed successfully in both point and olympic Tae  Kwon-Do tournaments. He is also an active student of  Jiu-Jitsu under  Kyle Watson, a certified Philippine Martial Arts Alliance Instructor  under Guru Master Julius Melegrito. Master Kearns has been blessed to have  trained with many great masters such as: GM Pellegrini, Guru Keith  Moffett, GM Bill Wallace, Guru Julius Melegrito, GM Shuey, Master  Royler Gracie and Kyle Watson.  


 Outside Martial Arts Master Kearns is a Nationally Recognized Before & After School   

Program Coordinator. Tyler enjoys teaching in all aspects, presenting  at and attending workshops, spending time with his family, camping,  hunting, and playing drums.

Valeri

   

Once Valeri took her first hot yoga class, she was hooked!   After practicing hot yoga and many other types of yoga for over 15 years, Valeri completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Six St Louis in August 2018.   She loves sharing the accessibility of yoga with others plus the mental and physical benefits of a regular yoga practice as well.  Valeri's classes have an upbeat, welcoming vibe; while guiding a challenging yet safe class for beginners to advanced students.  When she’s not practicing and teaching yoga, Valeri enjoys running, entertaining, skiing, boating and spending time with her husband, 3 kids and their black lab, Tupelo.
